We are starting treasure Island this week. Please read through the attached text. Can you look through and find any words that you don't know the meaning of, or older style words. Use a dictionary or the internet to make a glossary of these words. 

Following on from our Assembly yesterday, it is International Womens Day today. Please can you research some inspirational women using the attachments as a guide. Can you create a poster about one or more of the women you have researched. 

At the Easter church service this term, Year 5 will be performing their own production, so it’s important that you know the Easter story really well! Please read through the Powerpoint and create your own short comic strip or story map of what happened.
