Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

to work at St Nicolas Junior School

Start date: September 2025 (or as soon after as possible)

Fixed term contract until end of August 2026

Grade C scp 3 - 5 (£12.45 to £12.85 per hour) pending pay award, pro rata

27.5 hours per week

9am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only

(We could consider slightly shorter days or part time/job shares)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable, hardworking and self-motivated teaching assistant to provide 1:1 support for a specific SEN child, to help them to participate in all aspects of school life.

The ability to build good working relationships with pupils and staff is key, as well as a willingness to learn and be flexible.
