Late/Absence Procedures

Punctuality is really important. The first few minutes of the school day set the tone for the day.

St John's School starts at 8.45am. Gates are opened at 8.40am and closed promptly at 8.50am to ensure children's safety. If you arrive after 8.50am, you should bring your child to the school office.

St Nic's School starts promptly at 9am and again the gates are shut at this time. Any child arriving after this time should go to the office.

If your child is absent, it is really important to let the school know each day that they are away. Please phone or email the school to let us know the reason:
